GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says straight line winds of 64-75 miles per hour blasted the City Wednesday night, dropping 11-hundreths of rain. We also had a possible tornado touchdown near Fertile, Minnesota.
