WATFORD CITY, ND (iNewZ.TV) Thirty-five year old Scott Beane of Watford City, North Dakota has been charged with murdering his mother. Investigators say Beane’s mother, who was confined to an electric wheelchair or walker, died after he allegedly set fire to a room of their home with his mother locked inside.
