MAHNOMEN, MN (iNewZ.TV) A security guard involved in a beating incident at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, Minnesota has now been charged. Eugene Davis of Ogema is facing a misdemeanor charge of Assault. The prosecutor says that may be moved up to a felony level charge.
