PEMBIINA, ND (iNewZ.TV) We had a report of an ambulance responding for an injured woman at the Pembina, North Dakota border crossing Wednesday evening. Pembina County Sheriff, Terry Meidinger says it turned out to be a woman dealing with mental health issues.
