DEVILS LAKE, ND (iNewZ.TV) We have an update regarding a suicide at the jail in Devils Lake, North Dakota last week. The Director of the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center now says the incident is under investigation by the North Dakota BCI and Department of Corrections.
