GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) We have an update to our story regarding a large police presence on Belmont Road in Grand Forks late Thursday afternoon. Police say it was a kidnapping. A juvenile female was located unharmed and Robert Burr was arrested. Burr faced similar charges 4 years ago in East Grand Forks.
