FARGO, ND (iNewZ.TV) A 15-year old girl and 16-year old boy say they were robbed by a group of people by downtown Fargo, North Dakota. The female victim reported 1 male suspect was dressed only in underwear and tried to pull down her pants. The male suspect say he had a knife to his throat. Two of 4 to 6 suspects are in custody.
