GRAND RAPIDS, MN (iNewZ.TV) A Murder charge has been filed in a deadly Grand Rapids, Minnesota head on crash. The passenger in the striking vehicle, Jack Drumbeater has been charged. Charges are pending against Kerri Hart, the driver of the striking vehicle. Janelle Swenson of Deer River, the lone person in the car that was hit was killed.
