GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) The Grand Forks American Legion honored police officer Cody Holte as its “Officer of the Year” in a ceremony at Veteran Memorial Park Saturday morning. Holte was shot and killed in the line of duty in May of 2020.
