GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) We had a large police response, after the Grand Forks 911 Center took what turned out to be a crank call regarding an active shooter in the City at 5 pm on this Thursday. There was no shooter anywhere in Grand Forks. A crank call was also received about an explosion at the Fargo Fleet Farm.
