COOPERSTOWN, ND (iNewZ.TV) A brother and sister from Wisconsin are in custody, and a 1-year old child is safe, following their arrest in Cooperstown, North Dakota Saturday night. We have an interview with Griggs County Sheriff, Wesley Straight regarding the incident. According to the Sheriff the pair is being held on a pending charge of Kidnapping.
