MOORHEAD, MN (iNewZ.TV) A charge of Criminal Vehicular Homicide has been filed against a semi driver in a July 2022 crash on Interstate-94 by Moorhead, Minnesota that killed a Valley City woman. Duane Cronquist stated to a state patrolman that he was on his phone.
