NELSON COUNTY, ND (iNewZ.TV) An arrest warrant has been issued for Brendon Parsley of McVille, North Dakota. He was working as a counselor for Dakota Prairie Schools in Petersbury and McVille. Parsley is facing a trio of felony charges: Solicitation of a Minor, Luring Minor by Computer and Sexual Assault.
