MINNEWAUKAN, ND (iNewZ.TV) Benson County Commissioner, Dick Horner tells iNewZ that Sheriff Ethan Rode has resigned, effective 4:30 pm on this Friday. Horner says the resignation stems from an earlier incident and is not related to recent charges against Benson County Deputy, Travis Carlson.
