DEVILS LAKE, ND (iNewZ.TV) Brendon Parsley a North Dakota school counselor facing sex related charges involving students appeared in Nelson County Court in Lakota Friday morning. He was then processed into the jail in Devils Lake where a booking photo was taken and he posted bail and walked out of jail.
