LAKOTA, ND (iNewZ.TV) A criminal charge has now been filed against a semi driver from Emerado, North Dakota in connection to an October 2023 crash near Lakota on Highway 2. Randall Pike allegedly crashed his semi into a DOT road crew, seriously injuring one of the workers.
