PERHAM, MN (iNewZ.TV) A Perham, Minnesota man has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder in connection to the death of his wife. Paul Mart was arrested at their residence on Big Pine Lake near Perham on Monday, following a standoff with law enforcement.
