GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) A fund drive has been setup for a Pennsylvania woman who was killed in a hit and run in Grand Forks last week. Christina Melvin was passing through town on Amtrak and was walking near the station when she was struck by a hit and run driver, who is still at large.
