PORTLAND, ND (iNewZ.TV) The Traill County Sheriff’s Department has released a few more details about a shooting in Portland, North Dakota. The suspect has been named as Sarah “Sadie” Rix. Two men ages 42 and 43 suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
