GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) A Grand Forks man is in custody, following a chase that reached speeds of 95-mph early Tuesday morning. Robert Fawley Jr. is facing a long string of charges, including trafficking. Police say people were calling his phone, after they confiscated it.
