(iNewZ.TV) A third man has now been charged on the 32nd anniversary of the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 that killed 259 people as the planed crashed into Lockerbie, Scotland on December 21, 1988. It’s ranked as the second deadliest terrorism attack against Americans. Steven Berrell of Fargo was among the victims.
