GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) The responsible driiver in a triple-fatal crash in downtown Grand Forks on January 9th has been cleared of any alcohol use. Authorities say Jenessa Kelley may have suffered a medical emergency before the crash. Her family has maintained she suffered a seizure.
