CROOKSTON, MN (iNewZ.TV) Crookston, Minnesota Police were able to get a noose around a goat on the loose Thursday afternoon, before it could be hit by a vehicle. Police thought it may have been a goat from the University of Minnesota Crookston. We’ve since learned it belongs to a Crookston resident.
