OKLEE, MN (iNewZ.TV) A Fertile, Minnesota man has now been formally charged in connection to a Monday shooting incident in Oklee. Oliver Berhow has been charged with 2nd Degree Assault. The victim, 31-year old Cody Landrus remains in critical condition at a Fargo hospital. Court records suggest Berhow was confronted with a baseball bat. Documents also say shooting victim, Landrus and 2 other men were suspects in a burglary at Berhow’s residence in Fertile, where firearms were stolen. Berhow remains in jail on the evening of November 10, 2021 with bail set at $800,000 without conditions. $50,000 with conditions.
