GRAND FORKS, ND (iNewZ.TV) The Grand Forks City Attorney told the City Council tonight, a petition submitted last month calling for a public vote on whether to allow a massive Fufeng, corn milling plant into town could be flawed. A decision will be made by April 11th. Fufeng, a Chinese company wants to build a corn milling plant north of Simplot, off Gateway Drive in Grand Forks.
