NORTHWOOD, ND (iNewZ.TV) Sgt. Mclean of the Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Department tells iNewZ that a man who was found lying on a street in Northwood, North Dakota Tuesday morning has now been transported to Altru in Grand Forks. He’s suffering from hypothermia.
